Acupuncture restores the body to a healthy, balanced state, free of pain and suffering
Acupuncture is a part of Traditional Chinese Medicine – a system that has been used to successfully treat disease for few thousands of years. It involves the insertion of fine, painless needles into specific points on the body to relieve pain and to treat disease. Acupuncture works to enhance the free flow of the body’s vital energy, called Qi (pronounced chee), through specific pathways called meridians, in order to restore a state of health and balance. The acupuncturist can adjust the flow of body’s vital energy (Qi) by stimulating a series of points along the meridians, so that the proper amount reaches the proper place to relief the symptoms. This helps your body heal itself.
